Charleston in July

I have been meaning to add this image for a while. It was taken in early July in Charleston harbor and it is quite representative of the weather that one finds along to Oregon Coast in July and August. When Eugene and the Willamette Valley gets hot, it sucks the cool air off of the Pacific coast causing the beaches to be windy and cloudy.
