Yosemite Spring Visit:

Three other photo buddies and I visited Yosemite National Park this May for a long weekend of picture taking. The others had been there before but this was my  first trip and it was quite an experience. We had picked early May because, on the average, this is prime time for the dogwood trees in the Valley. Unfortunately, for dogwood, this year has not been typical and we missed the dogwoods by being a week too early. However, since this was an above average year for snowfall and the unusually warm weather, both the Merced river and the waterfalls were overflowing with water. Here, then are some images from this trip.
