A Good July

As some may know, I am a member of a Co-operative art gallery in Bandon, Oregon; Art by the Sea Gallery. For the month of July, I am their Featured Artist. It is nice to have this chance to feature some of my work and on the Art by the Sea Web site (here) I showcase the images that will be displayed there. So I was particularly pleased when Landscape Photography Magazine decided to publish two of my images submitted to them. The first one, the red lobster shack in Blue Rocks Nova Scotia was a runner up to their April and May “Moody Weather” competition, an achievement in it’s own right as there were an unusually high number of images submitted for this competition.

The second image is of Preveril Castle in Derbyshire England taken a couple of years ago on a trip to the Peaks district.
